An afternoon in the biodome

A capybara- the largest rodent in the world.

I was trying to be artistic. There is an alligator in the water behind the waterfall.

I found a friend at botanical gardens.

I followed him for a while.

He was looking for food.

We walked the trail.

And he found his warm spot.

Botanical Gardens... I could have spent hours there.

The whole park was so beautiful, these are just some of the many pictures I took while I was there.

Fun in Montreal

Sitting out on the patio, watching cars, bikes and horses with buggies pass by.

Yes this was dinner- apple crepes with cinnamon, powdered sugar, slivered almonds, real maple syrup and ice cream. It doesn't get any better than that.

This was sitting in the cafe looking out the opened windows while I was eating my heavenly crepe.

St Joseph's Oratory

This is not a picture I took but we did go there. It poured all day Tuesday so all my pictures of the Oratory are inside.

Beautiful organ inside the middle Chapel.

The stain glass windows are absolutely incredible.

The Oratory was built on the side of Mount Royal which at some point in history was an active volcano. Emily, Alyx, Cali and Bex were posing for me.

There are thousands of candles inside to light for prayer and wishes.  This section was to pray for good health for family😉

Hiking Mount Royal

An hour walk to the base of Mount Royal which is the highest point in Montreal.

At the base of the trail.

I needed a break so I made them stop to take pictures.
